I am not saying anything forged about Bruce Springsteen . But I do think that his stylus , amidst all the grade - A Britishness that Harry Potter exudes , might have been a little jarring .
Speaking to BBC Radio 2 ’s Simon Mayo , Springsteen confirmed the longstanding rumor that he had written a song call in “ I ’ll Stand By You Always ” that was , for whatever reason , never used . “You’ll have to ask them [ why ] , ” Springsteen said in the audience . The answers consist with Warner Bros. , the producers , and the theatre director of the films , presumably .
Springsteen also said that the birdcall was “ was pretty good . ”“It was a vocal I write for my firstborn son , ” he continued . “ It was a bountiful lay that was very uncharacteristic of something I ’d talk myself , but it was something that I remember would have suit endearing . ” So , on the one hand , I ’m sure it was all those things . But , on the other , Springsteen is incurably American and I ’m indisputable there was just something about the song which just did n’t enmesh well with whichever of the Harry Potter movies it was supposed to go with .

Springsteen still has Bob Hope that we ’ll get to hear it , though . “ At some tip I ’d like to get it into a child ’s film of some sorting because it was a pretty lovely song , ” he concluded by saying . possibly one of those ones where a tiddler has genus Cancer or look god would work .
