ComedianDavid Spadehas sold his longtime Beverly Hills home for a cool $19,500,000.

PEOPLE reported that the actor, 57, put his four-bedroom, seven-bathroom residence in the Trousdale Estates of Beverly Hills on the market in mid-January,listedfor $19,995,000 withStuart Vetterick of Hilton & Hyland. Now, property records show that the home sold less than a week later, for $495,000 under the original asking price.

Spade has since updated the property with extensive renovations. “There was a littleJoe Dirtmoney that went into it, then a littleJust Shoot Me!money that went into it,” he jokingly toldThe Wall Street Journalof some of his most memorable projects.
