DC comics is bringing back letters to the editor in chief . Will you take reward ?
Last twelvemonth comic book jumped another dollar bill , from $ 2.99 to $ 3.99 . In response , fans set out leave a lot of stuff on the ledge . masses might like comics , but not if each issue takes a big bite out of a ten dollar notice . After some deliberation , DC miss its cost back down to $ 2.99 , but at a cost of two pages of story .
masses mutter a routine , pointing out thatmany $ 3.99 stories had back upsthat bumped them up to 30 pages and that the drop of one dollar for ten Page meant they were pay more per varlet . DC is have us back up to the traditional 22 pages of depicted object , however , replacing two pages with something raw . Or rather , something very old .

Letters page used to be the back end of all comics , sometimes in more ways than one . There are a few far-famed letter that are distinctly – how shall we put this – of their time , such as one describing how Batgirl should be more deferent to Batman and Robin because they are workforce . Since the internet has overtaken the letter in speed , accessibility and willingness to pander to the lowest vulgar denominator , missive page have disappeared . Will they be popular now ?
I suspect at the very least they wo n’t miss for cloth . The cyberspace has given devotee a voice , but mostly they use that voice to shout at other fans . The guarantee of coming into contact with at least one comics professional should prompt a lot of people to pen in . Fans who wish to email can gohere , while those who want to publish can send their letters to this destination :
