Revealed at Square - Enix ’s E3 press conference this even , The Avengers will task players with uniting Earth ’s Mightiest after the seeming death of Captain America in a terrorist attack on San Francisco . role player will be able to play as each submarine sandwich in the Avengers batting order — Captain America , Iron Man , Black Widow , the Hulk , and Thor — as the Avengers attack to bring themselves back together in the wake of a grave catastrophe . Oh , and Hank Pym is gon na show up at some point .

As well as an original story , the biz will have multiplayer components where players can customize Cuban sandwich from the Marvel Comics roll and team up to protect the ground from new terror .
