Google has some good news ! Earlier this week , Ukranian medianoticeda little glitch wherein Google Translate was giving “ Mordor ” as a translation for “ Russian Federation . ” The undecomposed word is that they ’ve get the trouble .
Along with the Tolkien problem , “ Russians ” was fare up as “ occupiers ” and “ Lavrov , ” the last name of Russia ’s Foreign Minister , was being translated as “ sad fiddling horse . ” All of these trouble , Google says , chance “ automatically . ” Which intimate that whatever code Google Translate works on either has a weird sense of humour or it pick up synonyms from metaphor and simile used online — and that pairing these things was popular enough for Google Translate to recognize it as a pattern .
While it ’s possible for user to suggest alternative translation , that ’s purportedly not what happened in this typeface . Google said in a statement :

Google Translate is an automatic translating program — it works without the intervention of human translator , using applied science alternatively . We always puzzle out to correct these as quickly as potential when they are brought to our tending .
All of which sort of proves that Google Translate is still a way of life aside from being a good reliever for a human interpreter , one that knows the dispute between our Earth and Middle Earth , at least in theory .
