Singer sliced a gang of fingers open , causing blood to splatter everywhere .

To Iglesias ’s credit , he decided to continue performing for 30 descent - soaked minutes after the incident , before being rushed to an airport and put on a sheet to LA to see a specialiser . His next show is in July in Mexico City , and hopefully , he ’ll have learned his lesson .
