The meme-style photograph, shot from the front, had accompanying text that read, “When it’s valentine’s day and bae says hi.”
Cyrus made sure her husband knew he was the intended recipient of the unconventional Valentine,tagging his social media handlesand writing, “Love you.”
She returned to Instagram Thursday afternoon to wish a “Happy V-Day to @liamhemsworth ❤️” and encourage her followers to take care of themselves with a risqué gif.
“Happy Valentines Day! ❤️ “If you cant love yourself, how in the hell you gonna love somebody else?” she wrote. “Give yourself some self lovin today!”
Cyrus soon deleted the three posts.

Cyrus attended the film’s Los Angeles premiere in Hemsworth’s stead on Monday night, posing for photos on the red carpet alone and with Wilson.
A source told PEOPLE on Tuesday that although Hemsworth “was briefly hospitalized,”he was “at home restingand will be fine.”

Inan Instagram post, the “Wrecking Ball” singer — who was posed in front of a photo featuring Hemsworth playing saxophone — left a flirty message for her new husband. “Getting sick blows. But so do I. Get well soon babe. I love you,” she wrote. “Play that sax you sexy f—. ❤️💋❤️💋❤️💋❤️💋❤️💋❤️”
Hemsworthissued a statement on his Instagramaccount after the premiere, as well, where he apologized for missing the event and gave a sweet shout-out to his wife. “Sorry I couldn’t make it to the@isntitromanticpremier tonight guys. Been dealing with some pretty annoying health stuff the last couple days,” explained the Australian actor.
“Lucky I have the best girl in the world to represent for me! Thanks for the support babe!” Hemsworth added. “I hope everyone enjoys the movie! It’s a perfectValentine’s Dayflick so if ya ain’t got nothin better to do then go see it! Love to all!”
