It’s been a long and winding road to the altar forYoung Sheldon’sGeorge and Mandy, but the pair are finally getting hitched!
In the shot, George (Montana Jordan) and Mandy (Emily Osment) hold hands as they stare lovingly into each other’s eyes. The rest of their family watches on as they gather for the intimate ceremony in what appears to be a room in a courthouse.
“He issucha responsible young man,” muses Meemaw.

The two sleep together, both under the mistaken assumption that George is 21, when he’s just 17, and Mandy is 25 when she’s actually 29. Things get even more complicated once Mandy reveals to George she’s pregnant, eventually giving birth to their daughter Constance in season 6.
“She’s here. She’s tiny and perfect,” George tells their families once Mandy delivers in the hospital.
George and Mandy eventually have a heart-to-heart conversation about marriage later in season 6, during which Mandy gently tells George, “You think I’m not all in, but Iam."

An enthusiastic Jordan shared the news on Instagram that same day.
“GET READY!!!! The Cooper family continues,” he wrote in the caption. “Thank y’all for the support ofYoung Sheldon. I hope to deliver just what y’all are looking for in this new adventure!”
Amy Reisenbach, president of CBS Entertainment, called the upcoming show the continuation of a “wonderful journey.”
